I'm so excited to be sharing with you some of my homes before & afters. They arent really in any particular order, just the things I'm most proud of. We've lived in this home since January 2010, so these projects have happened over the last 2 years, but since I just started blogging, I'm using these pictures for my 2011 roundup. Hope you enjoy.

2. Dining Room

3. Mudroom

4. Foyer

5. Upstairs Bathroom

6. Living Room

7. Guest Room

  5. You have done a amazing job in every room - is there anything left to do ?
I love the tin tiling I see everywhere on US blogs - I don't see anything like that over here. On the ceiling, new, old, it just always looks so great.

  9. All your changes are just beautiful! Such a lovely home ... I think I can make myself perfectly comfortable in your guest room. And the nursery is precious. Did you install the tin ceiling in the kitchen yourselves? Guess I should just find your kitchen post and read for myself!

  10. What a cute home. You've done so much in such a little time. I bought my house "as is" 9 1/2 years ago. It looked like crap...but I saw the potential in it, and am so glad that I made the purchase :)
